After seven large public home events and numerous smaller events the Kinder Living Team have a put a pause on the Kinder Living Home Show for 2024 in order to focus on two exciting new projects to support sustainable local businesses.
Launching mid April will be the Kinder Business Network. Kinder Living Show founder Jeanette Mercer explained “It will be business networking, but not as you know it. There are a number of excellent networking options for businesses in our area, but we have seen a gap for face to face networking specifically for businesses who offer sustainable products and services, or who are focusing on making their business more sustainable.” There will be no emphasis on finding referrals for other members and no lockouts. The Kinder Business Network will focus on collaboration, support, education and practical solutions. The launch event in April will be by invitation, but if you would like to register your interest please email business@kinderliving.co.uk
The Team’s second new project, the Kinder Business Directory is the result of collaboration between Kinder Living CIC and Horsham District Council.
Horsham District Council are sponsoring the creation and first year’s management of the Kinder Business Directory, with its launch being timed to support the Council’s new Green Leap Sustainability Projects Grants Fund for local independent businesses. Inclusion in the Kinder Business Directory will be free to suitable businesses within the area who offer sustainable products or services to other businesses.
