Horsham Christmas Lights 2023 will include a motif featuring a Royal Corgi in a Stocking by Sofia age 8
2023 has been the 5th year in succession where Visit Horsham have run 'Design a Light' on behalf of Horsham District Council.
The competition invites local pre and primary school children to submit designs as suggestions for a new Horsham Town Centre Christmas light motif.
As in previous years, 2022 saw a high standard of entries. This year also involved the highest number of judges to date who had the difficult task of picking a winner.
The judges chose Sofia's 'Royal Corgi in a Stocking', and Gala Lights confirmed that the design was suitable for manufacturing and created the mock-up graphic, which has received great feedback from all who have seen it.
Following the installation of the Royal Corgi in the Forum, Visit Horsham and Horsham District Council will invite Molly and the runners-up (who we will soon announce) to the switch-on, where they will receive goody bags from the judges listed below (a big thanks to them!).
