GAIL's Horsham bakery held a preview morning the day before opening to the public.
Visit Horsham were delighted to be among the guests invited to sample a free barista-made drink, a savoury choice from the bakers' table including sandwiches, a sweet treat including delicious cakes and a loaf of their amazing sourdough bread.
We enjoyed our Coffee and Pastry sitting on the balcony overlooking the Carfax.
GAIL's neighbourhood bakery opens to the public in Horsham on 4th July 2023. We look forward to seeing it add to Horsham's already thriving Cafe culture.
