Who’s joining our Yoga Beginners/Returners Course? We start on November 9th, Saturday at 11:45 am (so you can enjoy a longer sleep 😊). The course includes four Saturday sessions and four weekday classes (on any day of your choice).
You’ll learn the basics of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, breathwork, and meditation, gaining the tools to practise independently and support your physical and mental wellbeing.
The course is led by Senior Yoga Teacher and our founder, Irina Pashkevich Bourdier, with over 25 years of experience.
