Iriness Yoga Horsham
Iriness Yoga & Wellbeing is the only dedicated classical Ashtanga and Ashtanga vinyasa yoga school & Yoga teachers training school in West Sussex. It was purpose-built in 2017 by wife and husband, Irina and Patrick Pashkevich-Bourdier.
Irina, the leading teacher at Iriness, has been practising yoga for 30 years. She has been a passionate yoga teacher and educator since 2008 and is recognised by Yoga Alliance Professionals UK as highly qualified Senior Yoga Teacher, Teachers’ Trainer, and Yoga Teachers’ Mentor.
Rooted in Patanjali’s yoga and Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, Iriness offers traditional yoga classes and courses for people of all walks of life, all ages and capabilities. Some of our students have severe disabilities; others are dancers and gymnasts. All share the same space and intention of enjoying the practice, working gently through personal obstacles.
The heart and soul of Iriness is creating a bespoke programme for each student, teaching on a one-to-one basis in the setting of a small group. Iriness classes incorporate philosophical, postural, breathing, and meditative practices, inspiring students to take full ownership over their practice, their physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
