Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga Beginners Course is for new to yoga, new to us, and yoga returners.

During 6-8 weeks of the course or 16 hours of tuition with the Senior yoga teacher you’ll be introduced to the foundations of yoga: breathing, Ashtanga vinyasa yoga postural flow, philosophy, yoga meditation, and relaxation.

You will also learn to integrate these practices into your daily life, gaining more wellbeing, energy, and health as well as ability to practise independently.

The course offers ~16-18 hours of yoga training during 6-8 week period:
- 4 x 2h Saturday sessions 11am to 1pm: February 8th, 15th, 22nd; March 1st. These are both theory and practice sessions of your course, which will provide foundation for your attending of the six additional classes during the week.
- 4 x ~2h classes on our schedule from February 8th to March 23rd. You can attend any class on our daily schedule – they all will be adjusted for the beginners’ and returners’ levels.

Yogic practices will help you discover your self-healing faculty, bringing more balance, joy, and meaning in to your daily life.
