Join the 60 min Rise and Shine yoga class in the beautiful Yoga Garden Yurt at 8.30 am, followed by a ginger shot and warm beverage over with the Kindred Sauna Team.
There is the time to change and get ready for your reward, a deeply relaxing 75 min sauna and option to wild swim, with your new yogi friends!
