Learn what needs to lengthen, what supports you and how you can adapt the pose to suit your body whilst understanding how to master healthy, sustainable backbends. Whether you’re working towards finding your wheel pose, or looking to find more space, strength and advance the pose, this workshop is for you.
We will dive deep into all the muscle groups that help you find your sthira (strength) and sukha (ease) in Urdhva Dhanurasana (wheel pose), whilst remembering it's not about “achieving” the pose itself.
