Now you have no excuse! - our Heartstart courses are back!
Our free 3 hour course will teach you how to deal with:
- the conscious patient
- the unconscious patient
- the unconscious, not breathing patient
- how to do effective CPR
- the difference between a heart attack and a cardiac arrest
The sessions are being held at Roffey Millennium Hall from 7pm to 10pm on the following dates:

Thursday 28th November
