Sam Rehan The Wellbeing Motivator will be visiting the Horsham Centre on Wednesday the 31st of July.
Sam has over 30 years experience in science, scientific research, corporate training, health, and management, who energises and expands health in employees, leaders and individuals using her signature SIMPLIFIED WELLNESS adjustment techniques.
Sam's laughter yoga and wellness session will run alongside our drop in afternoon from 12 pm, following our regular 11 am yoga class.
