Full moon event with Ylva Friday 18th October 6-9pm and evening to connect with the restorative energies of the full moon, includes a sauna, yoga, wild swim and nourishing food. £65pp £110 for 2 book via Ylva’s website, link in our bio.
Sauna and Ayurveda Massage days Saturday 19th and Thursday 24th October We bring to you 2 days of divine relaxation, choose a time, and you shall have a 45 min traditional treatment either a facial, back or foot massage in the embrace of the @theyogagardenuk therapy yurt. The massage helps softens the toxins for elimination and the sauna then eliminates them, plus the oil on the skin 1st is helped to sink in deeper as the pores open in the sauna. £75pp
Sauna and Cacao ceremony with Ana Marcela, Friday 8th November 4.30-7pm and 5.45-8pm sessions. Includes one hour of sauna and join together for a cacao ceremony in the beautiful yoga garden yurt. £48pp
Marcela works with somatic movement, ritual dance, and Mexican indigenous wisdom. She has been blessed to learn the tradition of cacao as medicine from the Yokot’an agrarian communities of Tabasco, Mexico. Marcela will invite the spirit of Cacao to help us embody the shamanic journey through songs, storytelling and somatic movement.
