Hush Yoga

Come and experience a different style of breathwork to those we use in our yoga classes.

Alan will give a short introduction to the workings and benefits of this type of breathwork, followed by a demonstration of the technique. You’ll have the opportunity to practise for a short period of time and then have the opportunity to ask questions before we move into the group breathing session.

During the group breathe you will have your own very individual experience. Sensations of physical and/or emotional release are not uncommon. Most people experience an increasing sense of peace and wellbeing.

Some of the benefits of the Breathwork:
-Improves respiratory system/lung capacity and boosts immune system improving overall health
-Lowers heart rate and blood pressure moving from fight or flight to rest and digest
