Experience some Brolly magic at our Brewery Tour + Tasting events. Get up close and personal with the Brolly kit, the Brolly brewer and more importantly, some Brolly beer!
Owner + chief brewer, Brook, will first welcome you into the Brewery floor to give you a hands on explanation of the brewing process; in which you'll discuss the key ingredients to the perfect brew, the background behind our recipe creations and a whistle-stop tour of our brew kit and all of it's sexy functionality!
Equipped with all of that knowledge, you'll then be led back to the Brewery Bar + Taproom for the tasting part of the session (i.e. the best bit)! This will again be led by Brook, who will offer some of his expertise in the form of tasting notes to accompany each beer.
You will get the opportunity to sample up to 6 beers during the session - a mixture of dark and light, cask and keg, or even some straight from the brew tanks themselves!
