Elephantastic was the follow-up to the hugely successful Horsham Giraffe Trail, which ran for two weeks in autumn 2013….. but Elephantastic was BIGGER & BETTER.
Many Visit Horsham members supported this fantastic charity initiative from the Horsham Rotary Club.
We at Visit Horsham sponsored two elephants; the first Castlewood Primary School decorated in aid of Horsham Voluntary action.
We gave our second elephant to Hack Horsham and local software company Red River. They mentored a team of young children to bring their 'Intelligent Elephant' idea to life.
The Intelligent Elephant subsequently reached the final in Young Rewired State's 'Festival of Code,' receiving a "Should Exist" award.
