Villa Elena is located at an altitude between 40 and 60 meters and is composed of Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Bacchus and Seyval Blanc. All of them grafted on rootstock SO4. Only 4300 vines, just 4300 generous vines!
Soil is clay, the spray program follows the indications of organic farming closely, I am not certified with anyone, but this does not mean that I am not organic. I believe in a sustainable agriculture, which for me implies an agriculture that lasts for a long time reducing the impact on the surrounding environment, on me included.
