About The District Post:

The District Post was Horsham's only independently owned newspaper.

It was active between 2014 and 2020. Before 2014, the District Post was known as The Resident.

The District Post brought news, events, opinions and much more to thousands of people weekly at hundreds of outlets across the Horsham district.

It was available free at supermarkets, newsagents, coffee shops, dental surgeries, banks and building societies, hotels, recruitment agencies, lunch restaurants, bars, clubs, pubs, petrol stations and garages, garden centres, railways stations, Swan Walk, Piries Place shopping centre and many other retail outlets.

The District Post last published a newspaper in March 2020 (immediately before the UK went into national lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic).
