About The Chapel:

We reinvented the hairdressing experience from the ground up. From the beautiful relaxed environments to the unique pricing system everything is designed to take the stress out of a visit to the salon. The inspiration and passion for this came from discovering that people universally dislike the same traits about hair salons and combined with an unexpected 'eureka moment' in a bar, Amanda (Our founder) knew there had to be a better way. In 1996 , after returning from travelling and working in a wine bar in Tunbridge Wells, Amanda noticed that outside of the hair salon in a relaxed environment, women would open up in several ways.

In our Horsham salon, whilst tailoring and education are fundamental components of our ethos, it's also about relaxation. For those who usually feel crowded, pushed and rushed in salons, plush chairs are placed far from front windows, and stylists take their time with you: to get to know your style, what suits you, and what makes you happy. With hair styled to perfection, you’ll feel completely at peace at The Chapel, without worrying about passersby or blow dryers milling around.
