Ariel’s Horsham Academy opens its doors to students every Saturday afternoon from its location at Forest School. Horsham is the sixth Sussex academy for award-winning Ariel which prides itself on it's inclusivity, excellent drama training and providing valuable skills for life.
The weekly classes focus on all elements of the Arts including singing, dance and acting. Ariel promotes a family atmosphere at all their academies and aims to help children fulfil their potential and build their confidence. Some follow their dream and go on to act in film and television or join a full-time drama school; others just have a whole lot of fun.
Every year students take part in an annual showcase at a major venue these shows provide students with the opportunity to perform and show what they have learnt. In addition to the Showcase, students also perform at a range of community events, raise money for local charities and can participate in Ariel’s workshops and plays.
‘I am so grateful to the tutors and management team at Ariel. They have created the most incredible Drama Academies. My son joined almost two years ago and he has finally found a place where his creativity and love of drama is encouraged and celebrated. He is so happy and excited to be a part of the Ariel family. Unlike so many performance academies Ariel is fun, warm, welcoming and yet still delivers an unbelievably high standard of teaching. It shows you don't have to be pushy to get the very best out of children. Their shows are exciting and give the children a chance to demonstrate what they've learned. It's always thought-provoking and a great experience for both the children and the audience.
If you are looking for a Drama/Dance/Singing club for your child, where they can learn not only the very best performance skills but how to work as part of a team and have that sense of belonging to something really worthwhile, look no further than Ariel’.
