About this year’s event:
An annual celebration of St. George’s Day with approximately 2000 young people and adult volunteers from the Horsham District Scouts and representatives from the Guiding Association.
The event comprises a parade from the Telephone exchange in North Street, setting off about 2.30pm, along a well marshalled route via East Street.
There will then be a short ceremony on the Carfax bandstand at approx 3pm, including the Renewal of Promises, ending about 3.30pm.
Also attending will be the Horsham branch of the British Legion and Boom Tribe, a community samba band.
They will also be fundraising for Winston's Wish.
